How much does it cost to deliver my item?
You can find a full breakdown of delivery fees based on our location here. The price includes postage and eco-friendly compostable packaging.
How can I track my order?
The level of tracking depends on the delivery fee you choose to pay. For any orders purchased through the website, you will recieve an email with your tracking number if applicable.
When will my order be posted?
All orders are posted within 1-3 days of your order being placed.
What happens if my item is lost or delayed?
This depends on your choice of delivery service, and of course, tracked packages will provide more security. Please email me straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org if you suspect a delay with your order, and I will work to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns & refunds?
Yes, you can return an item to me for an exchange, gift card or a full refund if you notify me within seven days of receiving your item. You can find the full details on how to process your refund here.
Are returns free?
As a small business, I cannot offer free returns, and you will be required to cover the cost of sending the item back to me. I will also be unable to refund the original delivery fee to send the item to you. Check out my refund policy page here for full details.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
This depends on your payment method and how long your bank takes to process the payment. However, I will start the process as soon as I have received your returned item.
How do I know an item is the correct size for me?
On every item listing, you can find the estimated size and the specific measurements. I recommend you go by the measurements and make sure you know your measurements to be confident an item will be the correct fit for you.
What does up to size mean?
I often list items with an 'up to' size as this means the item would suit a variety of sizes depending on the desired fit. To decide the modern-day size, I use the ASOS measurements guide. Of course, as we all know, sizes vary from shop to shop, so I recommend using measurements as your main guide.
How do you secure a varied size range?
When handpicking my items, I don't ask about the size and pick items based on their quality and match to the style of my shop. This ensures I end up with a variety of sizes, and I will endeavour to continue to provide a size-inclusive store.
What size is the model?
I model most of the items on my website, and I am a size UK 10. Please see my measurements below to help as a guide.

How do you determine the condition grading for each item?
Every item is checked thoroughly for flaws and imperfections before listing. You can find full details on what each grading means here.

Caring for your Vintage
How do I wash my garment?
Your item will arrive with you washed and ready to wear.
Following this, every vintage item should be dealt with case by case. Some items will still have the care label attached, and you can use these instructions as a guide, but many will not have the label attached.
Less is more when it comes to washing your vintage. Repeated washing damages the fibres in your garment and also has a negative impact on the environment. Here are some guidelines to follow when caring for your item.
Spot clean or brush your garments to remove any stains where possible.
Wash at 30 degrees and use gentle cycles where possible, for example, with polyester items or those with labels with this guidance attached.
If you are unsure or have an older or particularly delicate item, always handwash it with a mild detergent and cool water.
Air dry all of your garments after you have washed them.
Terra Vintage Reworked Jeans
What are they made of?
Terra Vintage Reworked Jeans are vintage jeans which are mostly made of 100% cotton. This varies based on the particular pair of jeans, and you can find the full breakdown of the fabric in the individual listing. The material of the patches varies also and is always secondhand. Again I will try to list the fabric of the patches in the listing.
How do I know my favourite jeans will be the perfect fit for me?
On every listing, you can find the estimated size and detailed specific measurements for each pair of jeans. I recommend you go by the measurements and make sure you know your measurements to be confident an item will be the correct fit for you. In relation to vintage jeans is always a good idea to be open to sizing up as the jeans are 100% cotton and often do not contain elastane like many modern day jeans.
Can I get an exchange or a refund?
Yes, you can return your TV Reworked jeans for an exchange, gift card or a full refund if you notify me within seven days of receiving your item. You can find the full details on how to process your refund here.
How should I care for my TV Reworked jeans?
All jeans and the fabrics used for the patches are washed before being sent for their rework to ensure there is no colour run and shrinkage. Your jeans can be washed gently at a low temperature in the washing machine - at a maximum of 30 degrees. I recommend washing as little as possible and spot cleaning to keep your vintage reworked jeans in fabulous condition.
How often do you restock TV Reworked jeans?
As a small slow fashion business, restocks of TV Reworked Jeans will vary depending on how many pairs are still in stock. The best way to keep up to date with when more one-of-a-kind reworked jeans will be released is through my mailing list, where I keep you updated regularly.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, all components of my packaging are compostable from a company called No Issue. Your order will be wrapped in compostable tissue paper and closed using water-activated paper tape. I then use compostable mailers, which also have a second strip so you can use your mailer again before putting it in the compost bin. The labels on your package are also compostable.
How does your 'plant a tree for every order' policy work?
I have partnered with Ecology to plant a tree for every order here at Terra Vintage. A small percentage of every order goes to Ecologi to fund their tree-planting projects worldwide. This payment is taken automatically with every order.
